Exercise 1- Rowing

Rowing 
The first Exercise which I recommenf to Flatten your stomach is rowing . It can be done sitting on the floor or cot.
Spread your legs straight and keep them together.
Extend your arms straight.
Lean forward and try to touch  your toes with the fingers.
Then go back with your extended arms as much as possible and come forward.
Repeat this.
Fo it initially dor 5 times and then increase the number of times later.
